Show Of Hands

Is anyone else sick and tired of picking up after everyone else?! The kids I can understand. But I've about had it with OTHER people leaving glasses, shoes, shirts, papers, tools, lights, socks, coats and you name it scattered around the house!!!!!!!!!! Left for me to pick up because I stay home with the kids!!! If you wan't a serene house when you come home then for cryin' out loud show a little respect and clean up after yourself!!!! Then maybe I'll greet you with a smile and kiss when you come home from work due to the fact that I don't have 4 loads of laundry scattered on the bed and four baskets of clothes to put away that I didn't get to because I spent the rest of the day picking up after OTHERS and chasing around children. How's that for a F'n run on sentence? I'm fired up!!! Can I get a witness up in this MO FO?

I hear you girl. Somehow whenever DJ needs a pair of socks the 5-foot-high laundry pile I just spent 2 hours folding ends up in a crumpled mess that I can't distinguish from the dirty laundry laying around. "Respect my hard work!!" is what I tell him, and I'm teaching Em that too!

I'm the worst about leaving shoes all over the place - and I only have me to blame for it. I guess that's ridiculous because I get mad at myself when I trip over them. I think I would go insane if I was having to get mad about someone else right now too!!

Oh that's like a major gripe here. I mean yes the kids I pick up after but when I have to gather a whole pile of dirty socks off the fireplace hearth when that hubs could just as easily do it ticks me off. And am I the only one who can wipe the table with a wet washrag when the kids are done eating. Dang hubs, if you are gonna feed the kids, clean up after them. lol

Preach on, sista! I am always perplexed that my husband can perform complicated surgery at work but CANNOT manage to move his empty glass and popsicle wrapper to their proper places in the kitchen.

LOL! Kelli is mad and I like it! Lead us in a march on Washington DC!

I don't have a problem with Hubby. He's a neat freak. But my MIL lives with us - which is bad enough - but she is constantly leaving crap around!! She's like a little kid!!!

I admire you for being a house wife, it must be so much fun! It must be nice to have a husband who can afford for you to stay home all day with the kids.
