Getting so big!

The other day I was at my friend Melissa's house and we were sitting around talking. I look in the other room and see Gianna digging in my purse for something. She gets the wipes. Brings them to me and says, holding her butt, " I POOPED ". I picked her up thinking, what are the odds? When the smell hit me I knew. She then proceeded to lay on the floor so I could change her. She's only 15 months old. I guess she'll be easy to potty train :0) Oh, I forgot to mention I had just used the last diaper in my possesion! Aaron ran home and got one for me. Luckily we live like 5 min from her. Anyway, now everytime she goes to the bathroom, she lets me know. TOO BIG :0(

Aww! How cute! Em tells me after the fact, too. Now if they would just tell us BEFORE they do it...

Wow! Lucky duck! I remember when my boys started doing that. They were like... four.... LOL. Just kidding...

Seriously, bittersweet. They grow so quickly. (I know that's cliche but it's so true!)

Is G a genius or what? I have never heard of a 15 month old telling mama that she has pooped, gone and gotten the wipes and then laid on the floor! This child is so smart! And I thought the Hailer's was the smartest kid around...she still is though. I love these girls!

Dang those little girls! Seriously. Seriously?! (grey's anatomy, anyone?) Tiny won't sit still long enough for my to change her bum, but she'll ask to sit on the potty like her big brother!

dude, that's LUCKY!!! I usually have to convince Honor that the reason the room has cleared out is because he pooped. sigh.

Holy Moley!! That's not right is it? I mean, is she just REALLy ready to be in big girl pants or can I start thinking this? Hrm. Must google.

Very cool, though. Way to go, girlie! Cotton Undies are MUCHO better than those diaper things.

Oh goodie.. you let me know how that goes. Faith has been letting me know about "poop" (minus the few fake poop threats when she wants me to get up early in the morning) for the past 5 months or so.. but I still can't get her to sit on the potty!! I guess I'll read your blog and hope to learn something. I'm obviously not doing something right!!!

POOP!!!

Oh how I wish it were this easy for me. My son informs he needs to go poop only after he has laid a big steamer in there- and sometimes not even that.
Take her cues and run with them!
