Bad MOMMY! BAD!

So the other day we were off to Chuck e cheese for a b-day party. I had to stop at ToysRUs to get a gift. So we're walking around the store and I kept having to tell Hailee to stop asking for stuff. I explained that we were in there to get Ben a gift and we weren't getting anything for us today! She proceeded to whine the whole time so I was getting frustrated and told her if she didn't stop we would not go to the party and she wouldn't get to play. So finally we check out and head to the car. I opened Hailee's door where her booster seat was(drivers side) and helped her climb in. But I didnt buckle her yet because I was holding Gianna and it was like 100 degree's literally out. So she was sitting there, unbuckled when I opened my door to start the car so they wouldn't fry and put Gianna in her carseat then buckle Hailee. So right after I start the car I hear a thud and see Hailee laying on the ground! I quickly scooped her up still holding the baby and check her over. I felt like the worst mom in the world.I have a Yukon, it sits up really high. She said she was leaning over looking at the road and she must have flipped. She could have really hurt herself!!! Broke her neck or something! She came out with just an abrasion on the top of her head that you could barely see. An angel must have helped her flip out of the car just perfectly so she didn't really get hurt. I'm still feeling bad about it. She really didn't cry very long. Luckily we were on our way to Chuckecheese. Now she's running around telling everyone that she fell out of the car for the first time! I immediately follow up with "NOT A MOVING CAR, OF COURSE!" I hate when my kids get hurt! It makes me feel like crap. Ecspecially when I could have prevented it!

So today I have a baby shower to go to. My friend Ellie just picked up her new baby boy from Korea on Wed! We get to see him for the first time! All these baby's around! I love it! Then we're going to a cook out over Aaron's friend Antoine's house. It should be a fun day! You guys have a good weekend!

DETOXING!

Not from drugs, from the damn computer. I'm really missing you guys! Aaron has still been taking the computer!. Actually he's had it at his office. He keeps forgetting to bring it home. I have been getting more done. But thinking about my bloggy friends! I haven't been taking as many pics either. It's bothering me. The kids are great and cute as ever. Gianna's walking and I'm burning holes in my jeans chasing after her. You'd think I'd break out the gates or something!. I've been obbsessing over food and decided I'm going to try the South Beach Diet, Aaron and I have been getting along great and we've really been trying to help each other out more. Hailee's her old curious self, bringing me halves of dead centipedes and worms as usual. OH OH My mom won a $5000 diamond. A jewelry store that Aaron does the marketing for was having a grand opening last weekend(They are our friends too) and they had a Dig For The Diamond contest. So there was a treasure chest full of sand and everyone who went in could dig the scoop in the sand and sift through it. Well whatever they pulled up they could keep. I went in friday and scooped up a round pink topaz! Then saturday, my mom and I ventured over with the kids and she scooped up that DIAMOND! We were all screaming. She was crying because she has never won anything. The owners were so happy that it was her! She deserves it. She's the best. Oh and Hailee got to scoop and pulled up the next most expensive stone a HUGE cushion cut pink topaz. She was so excited. She wants to keep it loose forever. But I'm going to have a necklace made out of it for her. It was fun!:0) Sunday night I was really grumpy all day for some reason. Maybe I was ovulating or something. Someone told me today that when they ovulate they get pissy. One more excuse to use when I'm angry." Sorry I bent all your cd's and took a swing at you honey, my fallopian tube just spit out an egg." Anyway he was super sweet. While I was downstairs eating a HUGE bowl of ice cream, I thought he was taking a shower but really he was scrubbing the tub for me. He told me to come upstairs and undressed me, led me to the bathroom where he had drawn a hot bath full of bubbles and bath fizzzzzzzzzzzz, surrounded by candles, with some old jazzy music playing. It was so sweet and thoughtful. I really didn't deserve it, I was terribly mean and pouty all day! So those are some things I probably would have blogged about, had I had access to a computer. Oh and I went to see Cara(Mamac-ta) and her new gorgeous baby boy! He's so precious. Gianna kept me busy and didn't give me much time to hold him:0(. Cara looked beautiful as usual and I can't believe I didn't bring my camera. I'm slacking! Aaron made a video of Gianna from pictures and I need to figure out how to post it. Any suggestions? I tried Jusspress.com but it didn't work for me. Maybe I'm just plain dumb. I'm also Really irritated and edgey. I haven't had any sugar all day due to this diet. WAH. Well that was sure a bunch of random thoughts. Just happy to be blogging tonight and thanks for all the comments:0) Off to do some much needed blogstalking.

Ok so he's going to kill me for posting this but it's worth it. It's like 11:30am and he said he was going upstairs to go to the bathroom. I go upstairs because he was taking a while and find him like this. I put the eye mask in the fridge when I have a headache. Maybe this was a joke and he just fell asleep in the process. Whatever the dilleo I'm glad it happened!

The Strasburg Railroad

First I need to say CONGRATULATIONS to Cara and Bryan on their new arrival!!! Love you all!!

It feels good to be on this Powerbook! I've seriously been going through some withdraw from not being able to blogstalk you guys! I have been getting a lot done though. Well I wouldn't say a lot. Lets not push it. My kids have been lovin it. Thursday we drove up to the Strasburg Railroad in Pennsylvania. It's so cool. It rides through Amish country and it's so great for the kids to ride a real train. It reminded me of the movie the Polar Express. Too bad I was scared that the train was going to sway and the kids were going to fly out the windows. I get horrible visions in my head. We had lunch there and it was the perfect day! Breezy.
We also had a new bedroom set delivered. Free might I add from this Italian company that makes furniture out of Peru. Aaron's company does marketing for them and he told them he liked it. It's worth like $1000's of dollars. Beautiful hand carved wood. I'll have to get the link to their website so you guys can check it out. Too bad we don't have a matress to fit! It must be European sizes! Our queen is too long and not wide enough and I measured my mom's king, way too wide! We'll have to order one from Europe. I've never ordered anything from Europe. I'll just pretend we have the cash flow to custom order a bed from another country:0) Well ,Poor Aaron's been working his butt off lately and I think the companys doing really well. He said we should be able to get a house in like 6 months. I can't wait. I feel like we're in limbo right now. we're renting Iand I know it's not our house so I can't fully relax and I don't feel it's worth it to start a garden and keep up with landscaping and stuff. Anyone else have this prob? I just can't wait to live in OUR own house.

Gianna's dropping paper weights on my feet so I have to go! Can't wait til he brings the computer back home. My love affair has been interrupted. Don't forget about me.

IT FEELS GOOD...............

I can't believe I'm actually typing. Aaron's had to take the Power book to work with him everyday. I feel so out of it. But I feel damn good! I've actually been walking more since I haven't been blog stalking. I've been thinking about Mamac-ta allllllll day! Can't wait to hear all the details. You guy's keep them in your prayers! Last night my friend Marissa and I went to see a live Reggae band at this new lounge called Eden's. It was so awesome. Of course I got hungry and had some GULF SHRIMP TAPAS! YUM!! Except it was just a tease. I could have eaten 20 shrimp. Our friend Ali lives a couple of blocks away from it. So we parked there, checked out her new place and had a margarita before we left. Good girl time! I needed it! Reggae always puts me in the best mood. That place was so chill. Can't wait to bring Aaron there. He would have loved it. Anyway, we drove past near where Cara lives and we were thinking about her. Had a good day with my girls today. We all cuddled a lot this morning. Sometimes I just need to hold Hailee for a while. Gianna is rarely not in my lap and when she was napping today, Hailee and I cuddled for like 45 min. She's precious. I can't believe she's four. I don't want her to get any older. I wan't all my kids and my future kids to stay 3 forever! Wow, no I don't, never mind. That would mean I would have 4 or 5, 3 yr olds. I just love my kids and feel very blessed:0) With that, I'm hittin' the hay. I'm zonked.

I WAS RUNNINNNNNNNNNN

So , I got all inspired because I need to start working out. I wan't to lose 15lbs before I get pregnant again. Aaron and I were talking and think we should start trying in a couple months or so. But I need to get these few stubborn pounds off. I gained 60lbs with both pregnancies and this time I'm going to shoot for the recommended 25-30lbs. Also I wan't to continue to excercise and walk throughout. At least walk. I decided to go for a walk around the block which turned into a speed walk to my mom's. It's only about a mile or not even. I did start to jog on and off though. Man am I not use to this jogging stuff. I don't last long. Before long my sock was slipping and rubbing a nice blister on my heel. I get to my moms and she took care of it. Thats my momma! Poured peroxide(OWWWWW!) on it.I always tell Hailee it doesn't hurt. For some reason I remember it not hurting. Oh well, It hurt. Then Bactine(AHHH) and finally a band-aid. Then I took off the paint on my mom's toes. She said they were ghetto ,they were indeed. Mine are pretty ghetto too. I'm in need of a pedicure BAD! She just dropped me off. She didn't wan't a pervert to take me she said. I don't blame her. I don't want to be abducted by a pervert either:0) Pretty boring night. Gianna took like 5 steps today though! YAY! She's so darn cute. I don't get frustrated with that baby for some reason. I cant. Watch it backfire on me now! I love my girls! Their my heart. Anyway if anyone has any weight loss tips for those last 15lbs feel free to let me know what worked for you. I didn't have this problem with my first one, the weight just melted off in 3 months. I assumed the same would happen the second time but it didn't. NIGHT, NIGHT.

PARADE

So my hubby just informed me that during the parade this year thats literally two streets away. This guy fell off the balcony at a pub on Main Steet. Thats the street that the parade was on! I guess he was drunk. Ya THINK! It's pretty high up. It took the ambulance 20 min to get there. Um, The paramedics could have walked there in two! The Firehouse is the next street over. Apparently there was a lot of blood. Hope the guys ok.

We've had a pretty busy day. Hailee was at camp from 10-4 so I did a bunch of running around. Hung out with my brother, took the baby to my mom's work. She works for the state of Md. at the court hizzous. Let me tell you I still get nervous every time I go through the damn metal detector! I even checked my purse to make sure I didn't have anything illegal. What would I have anyway? Diaper, lipgloss, baby ball, diaper ointment, Target receipts. Nope looks like I'm in the clear. No controlled dangerous substances or AK's in my purse today. So, I left there and headed to the spa where my friend Marissa works. Farted around for a while and gave her pictures I printed out of my girls. Picked up Hailee. Came home. Fired up the grill and cooked some BUBBA BURGERS. IF you haven't tried them don't waste anymore time. Run as fast as you can to the frozen food section of you local grocer and COP DAT SHIT! They go from freezer to grill and are mighty JUICEY! The fam came over for dinner, so I always enjoy that. Aaron gave Hailee a bath and the whole time she was practicing going under water like she does at camp. What a beauty she is. Put Gianna to bed. Another sweet thang. Aaron went to shoot some hoops and I'm enjoying my quiet time blogstalking, debating whether or not to go have some of the Devil's food chocolate doughnuts my mom left here. Either way I need to hop off here and get in a HOT HOT bath. Hope the massaging shower head is working , I'm feeling pretty lonely right now. JK I just need to go relax with one of those Bath Bomb Fizzy Things:0) PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

TOO Tired To Blog

My house is a wreck, we're trying to do some cleaning. Well Aaron was rearranging the upstairs trying to put all my beauty and facial products in the bathroom. Thats a no, no. It bothers him just knowing that there are a million purses under the bed with 10 million receipts and other junk in them! I told him he needed a stronger medication if that really bothered him. Then he proceeded to wrestle me to the ground where he held my arms and rubbed his scruffy face in my neck area under my chin. Knowing very well I cant scream because I just put the baby down! I fancy a good wrestle. I love that we laugh so much together and are always making sexual comments to one another:0) Or how when I'm doing the dishes he'll come up behind me and act like I don't love him, I just love his doggy style. You know what he did the other day? We were watching a movie together laying on opposite ends of the couch and he just grabbed my feet and started massaging them! How sweet is that? I think sometimes I don't show him enough affection. I never thought I would be the one in the relationship to say that but I am. I guess I'm just too wrapped up with the kids and give them all the attention, then when their in bed,I just sit by myself or get on the computer. Poor Hubby. I've been trying to make more of an effort to just grab him or hug him and kiss him lately. With that said I'm putting down this laptop to go give him some lovin!

Girls night out

So last night I went out to dinner with Amy and her sister Rachel. We went to Dead Freddies because we wanted to have a few drinks afterward and they are the only place around that plays Hip-Hop. So the place was DEAD. But we still managed to suck down like 4 Long Island ice teas. So finally hubby calls and tells me he's going to bed. So we head home around 12:45am which is so late for me now. We get there and the door is locked! Rachel drove and my mom had keys my keys because she borrowed the Yukon. So we proceeded to throw pebbles and sidewalk chalk at our bedroom window, all the while giggling and tee heeing like school girls. This went on for a half an hour! I finally call my mom and go get my keys , get back to my house, strip down, eat some nacho chips and get in bed buck naked and wait for the room to stop spinning. I'm such a light weight now! I guess thats a good thing. Now I need to go shower for church and get us ready. Hope everyone has a good 4th!
